We are now using a tracked courier service for all Christmas deliveries. Please note, delivery times may take longer than the stated timeframe due to all delivery services being exceptionally busy.
UK (Mainland & Off-Shore)
£3.00 – Standard Shipping (tracked) – up to 5 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays)
Free Standard shipping on all orders £40 and over.
Please allow 2-4 days processing time on top of delivery times. These times may vary during busy periods.
International shipping times are varying considerably at the moment. We are stating that it could take up to 30 working days for items to arrive. This is due to custom delays which are completely out of our control. In some instances, it could take longer than the stated time. If you're lucky, you could receive your items in a reasonable timeframe (7-15 working days). Please take this into consideration when ordering and please understand that once the items leave us and are in transit, we have no control over the delivery timeframe.
We only send international items using the Tracked service, for peace of mind. We understand that the shipping is expensive, but with so many parcels getting lost or delayed, this is the only option we can offer.
